Parents are advised to keep the following points in mind:

1. Brainstorm will search for professional and qualified home tutors based on your specific needs.
2. Each tutor will offer a free demo class to help you assess their teaching style and suitability. (This demo class becomes chargeable only if you decide to continue with that particular tutor after the session.)
3. If you’re happy with the demo class, simply let Brainstorm know within 24 hours. You can call the agency or provide feedback online.
4. Brainstorm will facilitate communication with the tutor to finalize tuition fees.
5. To ensure a smooth experience, all communication regarding the tutor should be directed through our agency.

1. Consulting is free.
2. Pay the decided fee (after confirming the tutor) in advance for the month within a week. We recommend paying electronically to our representatives for your convenience.
3. Do not pay the tutor directly without confirmation from our agency. We will not be responsible for any payment disputes between you and the tutor if you do so.
4. We guarantee your advance fee is safe in our account for one month. If classes are not completed by our tutor, we will compensate you for the remaining fee.

Unapproved Deals and Early Cancellations:

• We’re aware that sometimes tutors might offer clients lower rates directly, encouraging them to cancel our service and work privately. 

•  Similarly, tutors may try to convince clients to end assignments early to get a higher commission.

• These actions are strictly prohibited. If we discover someone involved (tutors or parents), we will take legal action.

• Both tutors and parents involved in such activities will face a lawsuit and a 10x penalty fee.
