Parents are advised to keep the following points in mind:

1. Brain storm forwards the professional and short-listed home tutors as per your requirement
2. Tutor will give one free demo class. (It will be chargeable if student/ parent are satisfied and continue that tutor)
3. Once student/parent likes demo class then parents/ students have to call the tutorial and give feedback confirmation about the tutor within 24 hours after the demo.
4. Tuition fee will be finalized between the parent and tuition agency.
5. Parents /student is not allowed to deal with our tutor directly.

1. Parents do not have to pay any consulting charges.
2. Parents have to give decided fee (after confirming the tutor) in advance for the month within a week.
3. Payment will be collected by our representatives only.
4. Payment should not be made to tutor without prior confirmation from the agency otherwise we will not be responsible for any kind of dispute regarding the payment between two.
5. We assure that advance fee is paid by you and will be completely safe for one month in our account, if classes are not completed by our tutor, remaining amount of fee will be compensated.

We are very well aware of the situations where tutors offer the clients more better rates than us and persuade them to cancel the assignments and make private contacts with them. Similarly, tutors often force the clients for early termination of the assignments with the purpose of earning better commission.

Note: Performance of such acts are highly banned and shall not be tolerated in any case. If anyone found involved in such type of activities he/she shall be subjected to be sued in the Court of Law. And the involved person (tutor & parents) is subjected to pay 10 times fine as punishment.
